Ethiopian Coffee
For hundreds of years, Ethiopia has provided some of the world’s best reviewed single origin premium coffee beans. In general, Ethiopian coffees are best known for their complexity with a pungent, winey quality and a distinct wildness in their acidity.

Yirgachefe Coffee
Known for its sweet flavor and aroma with a light to medium body. Ethiopian Yirgacheffes are spicy and fragrant, and are frequently reviewed and rated as some of the highest quality Arabica coffees in the world.

Guji Coffee
Guji Coffee comes from Southern Ethiopia in Guji, Oromio Region. It has fruity and aromatic taste. It has floral aromatics and sweet tropical fruit notes. These fruits also give a bit of acidity which balances out the medium and sweet flavors.
Limmu Coffee
Limu coffee is grown at elevations ranging from 3,600 to 6,200 feet in southwest/southcentral Ethiopia producing medium-sized coffee beans with a distinctive roundish shape and green color.
Sidamo Coffee
Sidamo Coffee comes from the southern part of Ethiopia in the Sidamo regional state. The coffee has a well-balanced cup with medium acidity and body with distinct winy flavor
